wow--it is funny to think back. we stared in Nov of 2002. We drove from NM to AK, but then were in Juneau--not much driving, but several trips to Whitehorse, and a few to Haines, then Tok, the interior, Anchorage, etc.. Now back to NM. And we are at 115k.
So I don't know if I don't feel quite so bad, or what.. But I can relate.
I remember 100000 miles on my Subaru. It was when I had to change the clutch, the transmission, the engine, the husband... Just kidding. I am only at 90000 ;)

I know, we are lucky in Switzerland regarding public transport and short distances. Thus, we are at 35'000 Miles during the last 8 years.
And we have no car. But I am up to about 120,000 miles on the husband!
